The AI receptionist that grew into the whole job.

Same-day, specialist and nurse appointments, booked while you're still on the phone.

The same-day request that comes in at nine and needs an answer by ten. The results appointment nobody chased after the bloods came back. The traveller who leaves it too late to book a vaccination before their flight.

What it sounds like on the phone.

I need to be seen today if at all possible, is there anything going?
Let me check what's held back for same-day today. Have you been to the clinic before, or would this be your first visit?
I had bloods done last week and I'm supposed to go through the results.
I can get you into a results appointment with the same clinician. Would tomorrow or later this week suit better?

What it actually does for this trade.

Same-day booking

Matches urgent requests against the day's held-back slots rather than a general diary.

Diary booking

Books GP, specialist, nurse and follow-up appointments into the right diary while the caller is still on the line.

Missed call catch-up

Follows up anyone who called after closing so a results appointment doesn't get forgotten.

Practice knowledge

Answers questions about which clinicians are in, what a health screen covers, and how referrals are requested.

What it will never do

The receptionist books the appointment type the caller asks for; it never weighs up how serious a symptom sounds or decides who needs to be seen urgently. That judgement always sits with the clinical team.

Frequently asked questions.

Will it decide how urgent my problem is?

No, it doesn't assess symptoms at all. It offers the fastest genuinely available appointment and lets the clinician make any judgement about urgency once you're seen.

Can it get me a referral letter?

It can book you a consultation to discuss one and pass on that you're asking for a referral, but the letter itself is written by the clinician, not the phone line.

What if I need to be seen right now, not today?

For anything that cannot wait, it will point you straight to NHS 111 or A&E rather than trying to fit you into a routine slot.
