The AI receptionist that grew into the whole job.

Every family and carer call reaches the right person.

The calls this trade can't afford to fumble are the family member worried a parent hasn't answered the door, the carer reporting a fall mid-visit, and the son or daughter ringing at 9pm just wanting to know someone is looking after their mum tonight.

What it sounds like on the phone.

My dad's carer said he seemed a bit confused today, should I be worried
I understand why you'd want to know. I can't give an opinion on that myself, but I'll get this straight to the care team and have them call you back shortly.
The carer hasn't turned up for mum's morning visit and it's been 40 minutes
Thank you for letting us know straight away. I'm passing this to the on-call coordinator right now so they can check in and get someone there.

What it actually does for this trade.

Never assesses or advises

Every clinical or care question goes straight to the care team, never guessed at.

Urgent concerns escalated immediately

A missed visit or a fall reaches the on-call coordinator without delay.

Handled with the right sensitivity

Callers are treated as discussing health information, because that's exactly what it is.

Answers any hour

A worried family member at 9pm gets a real response, not an answerphone.

What it will never do

This line will never assess a care need or give clinical advice: every health-related detail is passed straight to the care team or a clinician, and handled as the sensitive information it is.

Frequently asked questions.

Will it tell me whether my relative's symptoms are serious?

No, that's a judgement for a clinician or the registered care team, not the phone. It will always pass the detail on and get someone qualified to call you back.

What happens if a carer reports something during a visit?

It's logged accurately and passed straight to the care coordinator or, out of hours, the on-call coordinator, so the right person can act on it quickly.

How is my family's information kept sensitive?

Care conversations are treated as containing health information throughout: only what's needed is taken, and it's passed only to the care team responsible for that client.
